THE SECRET OF OUR SUCCESS
Our bagels are baked in the traditional New York style- first boiled and then baked to perfection on a stone hearth. Boiling is the only way to obtain a crunchy crust and chewy center.
We are passionate about our food and have a great staff that shares our enthusiasm. That way, you know you are being helped by people who know their stuff. “Good enough” is just not an option for us. We genuinely care about our customers and go above and beyond to provide the best customer service.
In the event that you have any leftover bagels, slice and seal them in a freezer bag to ensure your continued satisfaction.
